If you Pin your character (option on the Profiler's top bar), you can see which quests are incomplete as you browse Wowhead.

The quests tab shows which quests are still incomplete and users can filter further by expansion and quest category to narrow it down.

Your character will be loaded details on what they've collected in-game including quests.

If you're not sure what Loremaster quests you have left, look up your character in Wowhead's Profiler. There are both detailed comments on the Bom suramaritano page and Comprehensive Suramar Guide to help you through this zone. The achievement Bom suramaritano is quite lengthy, requiring players to complete long questlines.
